Our team meets regularly for a retrospective. This forum offers all employees the opportunity to discuss the past weeks with colleagues and the management. It is an open communication tool, where we discuss what went well and which issues went not that well and we need to improve in the future. We directly put actions in place to make these improvements happen.
We love to share ideas and the weekly "Brown Bag" gives all team members the opportunity to present interesting topics to the colleagues. Current IT trends, innovative technologies or problem-solving approaches are discussed in a relaxed atmosphere with pizza and drinks. The selection of topics is not predetermined. No matter what the topic is - feel free to share your thoughts and ideas at our “Brown Bag”.
Besides those formats we offer discussion spaces and encourage all colleagues to talk about project and non-project related issues as soon as they come up.
