arconsis was commissioned to develop an offline machine learning application for Android that automatically captures vehicle registration data. By using neural networks and artificial intelligence, the application scans and identifies each field and text of a respective vehicle registration. The data is then transfered to an existing server application for further processing and compared with previously stored and updated data. The service is updated constantly and successfully relieves DEKRA engineers in their daily work.

The dm subsidiary dmTECH GmbH entrusted arconsis with the development and implementation of the glückskind Android app for paperless couponing. Users can download coupons via the app, activate them on their mobile phones and redeem the directly at the store checkout with a customer code. In addition, arconsis provided support in the areas of software architecture, design, build automation and organizational recommendations for maintenance as well as the development of new functionalities and other apps such as the “Mein dm”-app.

Its use provides a more accurate assessment of food quality and reduces waste throughout the entire food supply chain. arconsis has contributed to the building of trust and credible data exchange using blockchain and EPCIS, the detailed storage history including temperature data since production of the batch, pallet or unit as well as the dynamic control of hygienic conditions.
